One, Two, Buckle my Shoes – Nursery Rhyme

Materials Needed:

• 1 piece of chart paper
• glue
• sharpie
• printed out pictures from the internet #’s, shoes, door, sticks, hen

Directions:

Write out your nursery rhyme and replace keywords with pictures. Children will feel more confident to recite rhyme with the support of the pictures boosting their self-confidence about reading. Nursery rhymes such as this will always encourage reading.
