The “I’m Enough” Log

Education has a way of measuring everything, except the parts of you that matter most.
The patience. The steady presence. The calm you create when things fall apart.

The “I’m Enough” Log is a weekly practice that helps educators reclaim their worth without needing a perfect day.

How to Use This Activity

Once a week, write one short entry:

  • “Today I was enough when…”
    Examples:

  • “…I stayed calm during a hard transition.”

  • “…I tried again after a mistake.”

  • “…I made one child feel safe.”

Keep it simple. Keep it true.

Why This Matters

This practice interrupts the habit of only remembering what didn’t happen.
It teaches your mind to recognize what you did.

Closing Reflection

Enough doesn’t mean easy.
Enough means real.

Whether it’s through her upcoming Wellness Toolkit, the JamBel Storybook, or the Free Wellness Hub, she continues to design practical ways for educators and leaders to sustain their own wellness while inspiring others.

At its core, SILWELL-C is more than a program; it’s a movement: a reminder that when staff lead with wellness, schools grow with strength, calm, and confidence.
