Kidz Exec Excellence Inc. was founded by Dr. Cynthia Skyers-Gordon, an early childhood education leader with over 30 years of experience supporting teachers, programs, and communities. After serving in nearly every role in the field, from assistant teacher to district-level educational leader, Dr. Skyers-Gordon created Kidz Exec as a nonprofit to ensure educators have free access to practical resources, tools, and guidance. Her work is grounded in the belief that knowledge should be shared, not sold, and that when educators are supported, children thrive.
